I have been a student of yoga for over 5 years. I was looking to improve my practice and develop an at-home practice. I signed up for private yoga with Anna to accomplish these goals. From the very first meeting, she was encouraging, calming, and provided such a positive class. Anna developed my own at-home practice sequence and we worked on each pose over the next 3 meetings.
